通州新城工业资源的保护及利用

摘　　要：通州曾是解放后推动北京城市发展的重要工业区,其工业资源数量大,具有多方面的价值。但随着通州新城建设步伐的加快,大量工业企业需要搬迁调整。只有对这些工业资源进行详细的调研,根据其所具有的价值大小进行分级,进而采取不同的适宜性保护和再利用;才能既保护工业遗产所具有的价值,又促进城市发展,走可持续更新发展的道路。Tongzhou is an important industrial area that promoting the development of Beijing City,its industrial resources have meny-sided value.But with the quickening pace of Tongzhou new town construction,large numbers of industrial enterprises need to reconstruct or move.Only by investigating in detail the industrial resources,classifying them according to their value,and adopting various suitable modes of conservation and reuse,can the value of the industrial heritages be protected,and the development of the city be also promoted to take a road of sustainable and renewal development.
