摘 要:本文研究了不同的Cd2+浓度与磷酸盐浓度交互作用对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)和微绿球藻(Nannochloris oculata)生长及叶绿素荧光特性的影响。三因子方差分析结果表明,Cd2+浓度、磷酸盐浓度、胁迫时间及三者的交互作用对小球藻和微绿球藻的叶绿素荧光特性、叶绿素相对含量以及细胞密度均具有显著影响(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果表明,2株绿藻的主要荧光参数Fv/Fm(PSⅡ的最大光化学量子产量)、Fv/Fo(PSⅡ的潜在活性)、Yield(PSⅡ的实际光能转化效率,=ΦPSⅡ)以及相对电子传递效率(rETR)均与Cd2+浓度呈显著的负相关关系。在低磷酸盐处理组(2.27μmol/L),小球藻和微绿球藻的细胞密度、主要荧光参数(Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yield、rETR)以及叶绿素相对含量均明显低于对照组和高磷酸盐处理组(290.4μmol/L),表现为明显的磷限制现象。在高磷酸盐处理组,上述参数均明显高于低磷酸盐处理组和对照组,说明富磷条件下可以一定程度地减轻重金属Cd2+对小球藻和微绿球藻的毒害作用。The interaction effects of different Cd2+ and P concentrations on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Yield and rETR) of Chlorella sp.and Nannochloris oculata(obtained from the Microalgae Culture Center(MACC),Ocean university of China) were investigated.The three-factor analysis of variance results indicated that Cd2+ concentrations,P concentrations,stress time and their interaction all had significant effects on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,relative chlorophyll content and cell density of Chlorella sp.and N.oculata(P0.05).The correlation results showed that the main fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Yield and rETR) were negative correlations with Cd2+ concentrations in Chlorella sp.and N.oculata,both decreased with increasing Cd2+ concentrations.Further more,compared to the control and the high P concentration treatment,the parameters Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Yield and rETR,relative chlorophyll content and cell density of the 2 microalgal strains remarkably decreased in low P concentration(2.27μmol/L),which showed obvious phosphorus limitation.Otherwise,the above parameters reached their highest values at high P concentration(290.4μmol/L),which showed high P concentration could reduce toxicity under Cd2+ stress.
