摘　　要：回顾中共对欧交往九十年的风雨历程,其中既出现过曲折,但更多的则是进步和成就。在一代代中国共产党人的不懈努力下,中欧逐步建立起全方位、多渠道、宽领域、深层次的党际交往新格局,也给我们提供了许多深刻的启示与思考:坚持正确的政治路线是中共对欧交往稳定发展的基础;从交流与合作中互利共赢是中欧政党关系不断前进的动力;超越意识形态差异是双方政党友好往来的前提;政党外交是推进中欧整体外交工作的重要途径;超级大国的介入是干扰中欧党际关系发展的外在变量;中欧关系的复杂性决定了双边党际交往的未来充满挑战。Reviewing the history of the communications between the Communists Party of China and the Europe parties for the past ninety years,we can find many twists and turns but more progress and achievements.By the unremitting efforts of generations of the CPC,China and the EU have established gradually a comprehensive,multi - channel,wide-ranging, deep -level new pattern of inter - party exchanges with many profound inspirations.The correct political line is the foundation of steady development of exchanges between the CPC and European political parties.The dynamics of Sino - Europe inter- party relations are the mutual benefit and win - win exchanges and cooperation.A spirit of transcending ideological differences is prerequisite of party- to- party exchanges.Party diplomacy is one of the major methods of developing Sino - Europe relations.The involvement of superpower is a main external factor which interferes Sino - Europe inter - party relations.The complexity of Sino - Europe relations determines that the party - to - party exchange will face full of challenges in the future.
