“三农”政策信息服务建设的研究——基于31个省级农业政务信息网的调查

摘　　要：针对政策信息服务的建设,对我国31个省级农业政务信息网的相关栏目进行调查和分析,得到政策信息的提供情况、政策信息的咨询情况、网上办事提供政策依据的情况。基于此提出农业政务信息网政策信息服务建设策略:①丰富政策信息服务资源;②完善政策信息的获取方式;③提供政策信息咨询入口,完善咨询结果的反馈;④加强政策信息在办事程序中的利用;⑤规范网页建设。The paper investigates and analyzes the related sections of 31 provincial government agriculture websites to learn about the policy information services such as the provision of policy information, the consultation of policy information and policy basis in service on-line. According to the investigation, the paper proposes some strategies on the policy information service in government agriculture websites：（1）To enrich policy information resources ;（2）To make convenient access to policy information;（3）To supply access to policy information consultation;（4）To strengthen the use of policy information in service on-line;（5）To standardize the webpage-building.
