国外图书馆业务外包基本观点分野  

A Literature Analysis on the View of Foreign Library Outsourcing

摘　　要：自20世纪90年代,图书馆业务外包获得快速发展,对图书馆事业产生巨大影响,图书馆业务外包受到学者们广泛的关注,相关文献大量涌现。国外学者的观点基本上可以分为三类:支持图书馆业务外包;批评图书馆业务外包;对图书馆外包持审慎立场。文章围绕国外图书馆业务外包学术观点的基本分歧进行讨论。Since the 90s of last century, the library outsourcing develop at a fast pace and have a great impact on the library. Library outsourcing gain close concern of scholars and there are great deal of related research literatures. Basically, these foreign scholars＇ point of view can be divided into three categories： supporting for library outsoureing, criticizing the library outsourcing, maintaining a neutral stance on library outsourcing. This paper focuses on the academic point of view of foreign library outsourcing to discuss the basic differences.
