摘　　要：总结了170例颅咽管瘤患者的围手术期护理。术前做好心理护理、病情观察和安全防范;术后针对常见并发症,如尿崩、电解质紊乱、体温调节障碍、激素紊乱等,进行及时、有效、规范的治疗和护理。有效的围手术期护理有助于减轻并发症,提高患者生活质量。The perioperative nursing of 170 patients with craniopharyngioma was summarized.The preoperative nursing care focused on patient evaluation,safety management and psychological supports.After operation,timely,effective and standardized care of operative complications,such as diabetes insipidus,electrolyte disturbance,thermoregulation disorders and hormone disorders,was critical to accomplish the postoperative therapeutic procedure.The effective perioperative nursing care is beneficial to relieve operative complications and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
