手术室护士实施术前访视内容标准的研究

摘　　要：目的构建科学、规范的手术室护士实施术前访视内容标准。方法采用德尔菲法对15名专家进行两轮咨询。结果两轮专家咨询问卷的回收率均为100%,专家的权威程度为0.83,应用肯德尔和谐系数统计专家意见的协调性具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。形成了2个一级条目、13个二级条目、55个三级条目的术前访视内容标准。结论专家的积极性和权威程度高,专家意见协调程度好,所形成的条目避免了手术室护士与病房护士和麻醉师的职责重复,具有可操作性和普及推广性。Objective To construct a set of scientific and standard content of preoperative visiting implemented by nurses in operating rooms.Methods Fifteen experts were consulted by two rounds Delphi expert consultation.Result Expert positive coefficients were 100 percent,the authority degree of experts was 0.83 and the coefficient of Kendall＇ W was statistically significant（P0.001）.Asaresult,2 first level entries,13 second-level entries and 55 third-level entries were worked out.Conclusion The study had a high degree of expert positive coefficients and authority degree.Expert opinions had a good level of coordination.The entries avoided the duplicate responsibilities with the ward nurses and anesthetists,and it is operable and transferable.
