摘　　要：通过分析单个喷嘴喷射效果的影响因素,阐明冷轧机冷却润滑装置中单排喷嘴布置原则。并通过某轧机一根工作辊喷射梁喷嘴实际工况模拟,验证轧机喷射梁喷嘴布置原则的正确性。Through the analysis on spray affecting factor of single nozzle,to describe the arrangement principle of nozzles in single row in the cooling lubrication device of cold rolling mill.In addition,the simulation of actual working condition of nozzles on spray header of one piece work roll in a certain mill,proves that the correctness of this arrangement principle.
