摘　　要：目的：研究金水六君煎对慢性支气管炎模型小鼠气管粘膜的影响。方法：用金水六君煎为慢性支气管炎模型小鼠灌胃，取小鼠气管并在扫描电镜下观察气管内粘膜及纤毛的情况。结果：与对照组比较，金水六君煎组小鼠气管内纤毛脱落、倒伏、粘连轻于对照组。结论：金水六君煎可防止慢性支气管炎模型小鼠气管纤毛的脱落、倒伏及粘连。To study the change of the tracheal cilia on the chronic bronchitis model of the mice with Jin - Shui - Liu - Jun - Jian decoction. Methods:Jin - Shui - Liu - Jun - Jian Decoction was perfused into the stomach of the chronic bronchitis model mice until they were kelled. The change of the mice' trachea cilia with Jin - ShuiLiu- Jun - Jian Decoction were observed on SEM. Results: Jin - Shui - Liu - Jun - Jian decoction can prevent the scaling, lodging and adherence of the trachea cilia of the chronic bronchilis model. Conclusion: It can treat the inflammation of the inside wall of the trachea on the Chronic Bronchitis Model.
