摘 要:目的比较鸡血藤有效部位与阿胶升白细胞的功效。方法采用环磷酰胺(100 mg/kg)单次皮下注射的方法制备大鼠白细胞低下模型,在给予鸡血藤有效部位和阿胶后第7,9,11天,分别采集各组大鼠的血液,测定白细胞总数及分类。结果鸡血藤有效部位高、中剂量组(12.15,4.05 g/kg)具有明显的升白细胞作用,阿胶高、低剂量组(7.29,2.43 g/kg)亦有明显的升白细胞作用,两药临床等效量的对应倍数的剂量组之间白细胞数无统计学意义。结论鸡血藤有效部位与阿胶均有明显的对抗化疗药物引起的白细胞降低的功效,且作用强度相当。Objective To compare the leukocytopoiesis-promoting action of effective components from Caulis Spatholobi and Colla Corii Asini in rats with leukopenia induced by cyclophosphamide(CTX).Methods The leukopenia model of rat was established by a single-dose subcutaneous injection of CTX(100 mg/kg).All experiment groups were administrated according the experiment scheme.The blood samples of each group were collected on the 7th,9th,11th day of administration,and the white blood cell(WBC) count and classification were determined and analyzed.Results Obvious leukocytopoiesis-promoting action was shown in the high-and middle-dose Caulis Spatholobi effective component groups and in the high-and low-dose Colla Corii Asini groups.The difference of WBC count was insignificant between Caulis Spatholobi group and Colla Corii Asini group at the same multiple clinical equivalent doses.Conclusion The effective components from Caulis Spatholobi can significantly promote leukocytopoiesis in rats with leukopenia induced by chemotherapeutics,and the effect is equivalent with that of Colla Corii Asini.
