摘　　要：目的建立柏子养心丸中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱Fortis C18（4.6mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相以乙腈-水（35∶65）,漂移管温度96℃,气体流量2.4 bar,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果黄芪甲苷在0.2-1.0μg的范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.1%,RSD=0.83%（n=6）。结论本方法准确可靠,重现性好,结果稳定,可作为柏子养心丸质量控制的方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Baizi Yangxin Pill.Methods HPLC-ELSD method was carried on a column of Fortis C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile-water（35 ∶ 65）as mobile phase,drift tube temperature at 96 ℃,gas flow being 2.4 bar,and the flow rate being 1.0 mL/min.Results Astragaloside IV showed a good linearity in the range of 0.2~1.0 μg,the average recovery was 97.1 %,RSD=0.83 %（n=6）.Conclusion This method is accurate,reproducible and stable,and can be used for quality control of Baizi Yangxin Pill.
