摘  要:采用传统的固相反应法制备了0.4CaTiO3-0.6(Li1/2Nd1/2)TiO3(CLNT)微波介质陶瓷,研究了复合添加BaCu(B2O5)(BCB)和2ZnO-B2O3(ZB)玻璃对CLNT陶瓷的烧结特性、相组成、微观形貌及介电性能的影响。结果表明:复合添加质量分数3%的ZB玻璃和5%的BCB能使CLNT陶瓷的烧结温度从1 300℃降至925℃。随着BCB添加量的增加,介电常数先增大后减小,介质损耗先下降后趋于稳定,频率温度系数减小。添加3%的ZB和5%的BCB的CLNT陶瓷在925℃烧结2 h,获得了最佳综合介电性能:εr=83.2,tanδ=0.013,τf=35.7×10–6/℃,满足高介多层片式微波元器件的设计要求。0.4CaTiO3-0.6(Li1/2Nd1/2)TiO3(CLNT) microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by conventional solid reaction method.The effects of BaCu(B2O5)(BCB) and 2ZnO-B2O3(ZB)glass composite sintering additive on sintering behavior,phase composition,micromorphology and dielectric properties of CLNT ceramics were investigated.The results show that the sintering temperature of CLNT ceramics is effectively lowered from 1 300 ℃ to 925 ℃ by adding 3%(mass fraction) ZB and 5%BCB.With the addition of BCB,the relative permittivity(εr) increase first and then decrease,the dielectric loss decrease and then reach saturation,and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency decrease.The CLNT ceramics doped with 3% ZB glass and 5% BCB sintered at 925 ℃ for 2 h show the optimum dielectric properties: εr=83.2,tanδ= 0.013 and τf=35.7×10–6/℃,which meets the requirements of the high permittivity materials for multilayer microwave components.
