摘　　要：用长１．５ｍ 、内径２ｍ ｍ，内装５％ ＯＶ－１７Ｃｈｒｏｍｓｏｒｂ Ｗ－ＨＰ（１５０～１８０μｍ ）的玻璃柱，以火焰离子化检测器，在相同色谱条件下，对噻嗪酮和三唑酮进行了定量分析；其标准偏差和变异系数分别为０．０９６、０．０７１和０．９４％ 、０．９４％ ，添加回收率分别为９８．７７％ ～１００．３％ 和９８．２０％ ～１００．０％ 。A method of the determination of triadimefon and buprofezin by Gas chromatography with FID on 5% OV- 17/Chromsorb W HP(150～180μm)glassic colum was described.Dibutyl o phthalate was adopted as the internal standard.The standard deviation was 0.096 and 0.071 respectively;and the coefficient of variation was 0.94% and 0.94%respectively.The redeem rate of triadimefon and buprofezin was 98.77%～100.3% and 98.20%～100.0%respectively.
