摘　　要：目的探讨右室流出道异常肌束对肌部流出部间隔缺损的超声诊断的影响,提高超声对肌部流出部间隔缺损的诊断水平。方法通过总结经手术治疗的11例肌部流出部间隔缺损合并右室流出道异常肌束患者的资料,分析异常肌束对缺损的影响。结果横跨右室流出道或造成右室流出道狭窄的肌束较易做出诊断,覆盖于右室流出道但未造成狭窄的异常肌束较难诊断,如果异常肌束覆盖室间隔缺损口,则造成超声诊断的误差。结论提高对右室流出道异常肌束对肌部流出部间隔缺损影响下的超声诊断能力,对外科医师选择手术时期和手术方案有重要的意义。Objective To explore the influence of right ventricular outflow tract abnormal muscle band on ultrasound diagnosis of ventricular septal defect, improve the diagnostic level of ultrasoud diagnosis muscular outflow ventricular septal defect. Methods The data of 11 cases of muscular ouflow ventricular septal defect with right ventricular outflow tract abnormal muscle band were analyzed and the influence of the abnormal muscle band on the diagnosis of the defect was explored. Results It was easy to find the abnormal muscle band straddling right ventricular outflow tract or leading to stenosis, but it was difficult to diagnosis if the abnormal muscle band did not be straddling. And it will make the error in ultrasound scan if it cover the septal defect. Conclusion Improving the level of ultraound scan in the diagnosis of the ventricular septal defect with right ventricular outflow tract abnormal muscle band has great value in choosing opportunity and program of surgical treatment.
