摘　　要：目的探讨排龈硅橡胶在高强度纤维桩核修复中的应用及护理体会。方法使用MagicFoamCord排龈硅橡胶为32例备牙患者排龈,用Rapid硅橡胶印模材制取印模。结果 32副工作模均一次操作完成,印模印迹清晰准确,预备体肩台及边缘暴露清晰,符合临床要求。结论 Magic FoamCord排龈硅橡胶在口腔固定修复中应用效果好,可以明显提高修复疗效。Objective To study the effect of the Magic FoamCord gingival retraction polysiloxane in the restoration of the high-strength glass fibers post and cores. Methods The gingival retraction polysiloxane was used for retracting gingiva in the preparation of teeth of 32 patients. Then the rapid polysiloxane impression material was used for making work impressions. Results All the impressions were eligible. The shoulder and edge of the preparation was clear. Conclusion The effect of gingival retraction polysiloxane in the restoration of the residual root and crown is better, which can improve the restorative effect.
