皖南花猪生长期血浆含氮物的测定

摘　　要：测定了皖南花猪从出生到３６０日龄血糖、胆固醇、血液蛋白质以及非蛋白氮等生化指标，结果显示：皖南花猪仔猪在刚出生血浆γ球蛋白含量最高（３０．３３％ ），α１ 最低（９．１０％ ）；１日龄时快速上升到４４．７３％ ，但在３０～６０日龄时下降到１０．０％左右，之后才缓慢上升并保持在２０％ ；其他几种球蛋白在仔猪出生后开始下降，以后便保持平稳，只有α１ 直到１２０日龄的最低水平（１．８７％ ），１５０日龄恢复到初始水平；Ａ自仔猪出生后保持上升的趋势，在６０日龄达到高峰，以后则呈现缓慢的下降趋势；去势对这些指标的变化无影响。肌酐含量波动较大，去势猪和后备猪在１５０～２４０日龄之间的变化有较大的差异。仔猪从０日龄开始血糖和胆固醇含量就逐渐上升，在６０日龄分别为８．５５和６．６０ｍｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ，之后开始下降，并于１５０日龄之后呈现缓慢的上升趋势。笔者还分析了各指标之间的相关性。The content of sugar,cholesterol,protein and nonprotein nitrogenous compounds of blood plasma in different day ages of Wannanhua replacement and finishing pig was detected and the rules of the content variation with the day ages was analyzed.It showed that γglobulin at birth(0 d)was 30.33%,increased to 44.77% at ld,fell to 10% or so during 30～60 d,then rose to 20%;reduced to 1.87% at 120 d,and then rose to as much as the percentage at initial stage.As pig was castrated,the above rules didn't differ,but creatinine content between replacement and castrated finishing pig differed significantly .The contents of blood sugar and cholesterol started to gradually increase after birth and,to 8.55 and 6.60mmol/L at 60 d respectively,then decreased ,and rose slowly after 150 d .The relationship among nitrogenous compounds was analyzed.
