摘  要:测定了封闭式循环水生产性半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther)养殖系统和流水养殖系统各水处理单元水质指标以及鱼的生长、免疫和消化指标。结果表明,封闭式循环水养殖系统经过25 d的运行,生物滤池出水NH4+-N、NO 2--N、PO43--P、COD及SS浓度显著低于养鱼池中NH 4+-N、NO 2--N、PO34--P、COD及SS浓度(P<0.05),对其平均去除率分别为58.13%、19.47%1、0.47%、25.36%和30.30%;微滤机对COD、SS的平均去除率分别为14.43%和67.13%;臭氧-蛋白质分离器对PO34--P、COD及SS的平均去除率分别为13.10%2、2.43%和58.75%;循环水养殖池中NH4+-N浓度极显著低于流水养殖池中NH4+-N浓度(P<0.01);循环水养殖半滑舌鳎日平均增重达2.85 g,饵料系数为1.08,而流水养殖日平均增重2.01 g,饵料系数为1.33,两者之间存在显著差异(P<0.05);循环水养殖与流水养殖半滑舌鳎血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、溶菌酶(LSZ)活力均差异不显著(P>0.05),但半滑舌鳎胃和肠中的淀粉酶活力极显著高于流水养殖半滑舌鳎胃和肠中的淀粉酶活力(P<0.01),胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶活力显著高于流水养殖中半滑舌鳎胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶活力(P<0.05)。封闭式循环水养殖系统显示了明显的水质处理效率高和养殖效果好的优势。Water quality parameters in the water treatment facilities,the growth,immune enzymes and digestive enzymes of cultured Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther were determined in closed re-circulating aquaculture systems,as well as in flow culture systems.The result showed that,during a period of 25 days,water quality parameters in the bio-filter including ammonia-nitrogen,nitrite-nitrogen,phosphorus,COD and SS,were significantly(P〈0.05) lower than those in the culture bank,the average removal rates were 58.13%,19.47%,10.47%,25.36%,30.30%,respectively.The average removal rates of COD and SS by mechanic filter were 14.43%,67.13%.Phosphorus,COD and SS by ozone-protein skimmer were 13.10%,22.43%,58.75%,respectively.The concentration of ammonia-nitrogen in the re-circulating aquaculture bank was significantly(P〈0.01) lower than that in the flow culture bank.Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther grew at 2.85 g per day with a feed conversation ratio of 1.08 in re-circulating aquaculture systems,while in flow culture systems,it grew at 2.01 g per day with a feed conversation ratio of 1.33,they were significantly difference(P〈0.05).The AKP,ACP,LSZ activity in blood serum of Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther were no significantly difference(P〈0.05) between re-circulating aquaculture and flow culture,but amylase activity in stomach and intestinal of Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther in re-circulating aquaculture were significantly difference(P〈0.01) higher than those in flow culture,proteaseactivity in stomach and trypsin activity in testinal were significantly difference(P〈0.05) higher than those in flow culture.The predominance which was the higher efficiency of water qualities treatment and better effect of culture was demonstrated obviously in closed re-circulating aquaculture systems.
