摘 要:采用二级活性炭生物流化床工艺深度处理有机胺废水,研究了有机容积负荷、NH3-N容积负荷以及曝气间歇对COD、NH3-N去除效果的影响。结果表明:当有机容积负荷为0.94~2.38 kg COD/(m3.d)时,二级流化床对COD的去除率为80.6%~95.5%,比一级流化床的抗有机负荷冲击的能力更强;当NH3-N容积负荷为0.15~0.60 kg NH3-N/(m3.d)时,二级流化床对NH3-N的去除率为94.6%~99.3%,比一级流化床高且稳定;在曝气间歇条件下,流化床系统对COD仍有较高的去除率,为70.8%~87.6%,一级流化床对NH3-N去除效果明显下降,二级流化床则保持相对较高的去除效果,到曝气间歇的后期,一级流化床对NH3-N去除率极微,而对TN的去除效果却较稳定,说明在一级反应器内存在比较明显的反硝化作用。二级流化床的出水COD和NH3-N浓度达到了污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)一级标准。The effects of organic volume load,NH3-N volume load and intermittent aeration on COD and NH3-N removal were investigated by employing the two-stage activated carbon biological fluidized bed to treat the wastewater containing organic amine.The results showed that the two-stage fluidized bed gave higher COD removal capacity of 80.6%-95.5%,when organic volume load was 0.94~2.38 kg COD/(m^3·d),and had stronger resistant ability to organic load impact than the first-stage one.The two-stage fluidized bed had the same predominance when NH3-N volume load was 0.15~0.60 kg NH3-N/(m^3·d),the NH3-N removal efficiency of which was 94.6%-99.3%.Under the conditions of intermittent aeration,the two-stage fluidized bed still had COD removal rate of 70.8%~87.6% and kept a relatively higher NH3-N removal capacity,while that of the first fluidized bed was obviously decreasing.The NH3-N removal efficiency of the first fluidized bed was very low during the later phase of intermittent aeration,but its TN removal capacity was steady.It can be concluded that an obvious denitrification occurred in the first-stage reactor.The COD and NH3-N concentrations in effluents of the two-stage bed meet the requirements of the primary standard limits of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996).
