摘  要:分别以烷烃、芳烃、胶质沥青质为唯一碳源,从稠油污染过的土壤里分离、筛选可培养的降解菌,将16株组合构建SL-16稠油降解菌群,通过室内摇瓶实验测得该菌群在最佳条件下对陈庄油田稠油降解率可达68%,其适宜的生长及降解温度为35~45℃,pH值为7.0~9.0,含盐量为4 000~14 000 mg/L,接种量为2%,稠油初始浓度为1 000 mg/L,摇床转速为140 r/min。Alkanes,aromatic,resins and asphaltene were used respectively as the sole carbon source to isolate and screen out the culturable degrading bacteria from heavy oil polluted soil,sixteen of which were used to construct the bacterial community SL-16.Through shaking experiments on the bacteria community,it was found that the degradation rate for the heavy oil from Chenzhuang Oil Field reached 68% under the optimal degradation conditions. The genial tempterature for its growth and degradation was 35~45℃,the pH was 7.0~9.0,the salinity rate was 4 000~14 000 mg/L,the inoculation was 2%,the initial heavy oil concentration was lower than 1 000 mg/L,and the rotating speed was 140 r/min.
