摘　　要：以哈尔滨市花园街区为例,对城市历史街区的多重价值问题进行探讨,提出了寻求实现街区历史文化价值与挖掘街区经济价值相结合的重要性。论文提出,在政府的引导下,历史街区可以重新为社会所用,既传承城市文化和历史记忆,又可成为城市新的经济增长点。Taking the Garden Blocks in Harbin as the example,this thesis is focusing the value of the historical blocks in most of the cities in China.This thesis is analyses the multiple values of the Garden Blocks,abandoning the popular traditional theory in summarizing the value of historical blocks in the cities,and is trying to analyze the values from the Garden Blocks purposely and raise the essentiality of balancing actualizing the cultural value and exploring the economic value of the historical blocks.That is to achieve the self-value of the blocks and attracting the purchasing power from the market,so that the Garden Blocks can be re-utilized in modern times under the macroscopical regulation of the government,and convey the memory of the history,and finally become the historical blocks with full-bodied local features.
