区域间公共基础设施溢出效应研究

摘　　要：运用中国各省(市、自治区)1990—2008年的面板数据,通过建立空间计量模型,对区域间基础设施投资的空间外溢性进行检验。研究结果显示,公共基础设施投资对区域经济的增长不仅在本区域内具有外部溢出效应,在区域间也存在显著的外部溢出效应。这表明某一地区的公共基础设施投入不仅可以提升本地区的产出,也会对相邻区域的经济增长产生影响。据此,提出了相关的政策建议。This article illustrates the test result of the spatial spillover effects of interregional infrastructure investments using the 1990-2008 panel data of the Provinces in China and also by creating a spatial econometric model.Studies have indicated that public infrastructure investment on regional economic growth has not only got external spillover effect in this region but these spillover effects also exist significantly and inter-regionally which indicates that the public infrastructure investment can not only enhance the region’ s output in a single area,but will also affect the economic growth in adjacent areas.The article presents the relevant policy proposals according to this conclusion.
