摘 要:目的调查中国南北方城市住宅室内空气微生物的污染状况。方法于2007—2009年选择我国北方廊坊市和南方韶关市的部分住宅,分别于冬季和夏季用安德森六级微生物采样器采集室内空气中的细菌和真菌进行培养计数。结果在南方高湿的情况下,空气细菌数夏季高于冬季,而空气真菌数冬季高于夏季,北方空气细菌计数和真菌计数都呈现冬季高于夏季的特征。结论在南方高湿的情况下,高温下细菌污染较重,低温下真菌污染较重,北方城市冬季室内微生物污染较重可能与低频率的通风换气有关。Objective To survey northern and southern Chinese urban residential indoor air microorganisms for getting the background data. Method Airborne bacteria and fungi were collected in winter and summer respectively with six-stage Andersen sampler in Langfang in north China and Shaoguan in south China. Results Indoor airborne bacteria count in south China was higher in summer than that in winter, while indoor air fungal count showed inversely under high humidity. Indoor airborne bacteria count and fungal count were both higher in winter than those in summer in north China. Conclusion Under the higher humidity circumstances in south China, airborne bacterial contamination is heavier with higher temperature, and airborne fungal contamination is heavier with lower temperature. Heavier indoor microbial contamination in northern city in winter may be related with lower frequency of ventilation.
