单向度管理学研究的表现及扭转路径

摘　　要：国内管理研究呈现出一定的单向度倾向。单向度的管理研究表现为研究立场、研究主题、研究思路和研究方法等的单维性,这种研究倾向会损害管理研究的丰富性和创造性,并有可能破坏或误导管理实践。由此,提出未来应加强研究立场、研究方法以及研究主题的多维化,并强调发展本土批判管理可作为扭转目前管理研究日益单向度化的重要研究路径。Nowadays, management studies in China exhibit the trend of one-dimension. One-dimensional management research is manifested in four aspects, which are unidi＇rectional standpoint, u- nidirectional research topic, unidirectional research route and unidirectional research method. One-dimensional management research may undermine the diversity and creativity of management research and destroy or mislead management practices. The paper argues that future studies should increase the diversity of standpoint, methods and topics. To reverse the one-dimensional trend, indigenous critical management studies can be introduced.
