摘　　要：Since the launch of the Spring Bud Project in 1989, two million girls from impoverished families have been sponsored so they could stay in school and 400,000 teen girls have received skills training, Chen Xiaoxia, Secretary-General of the China Children and Teenagers＇ Fund （CCTF） announced during a news conference in Beijing on February 25.
