摘　　要：我国城镇化的进程发展很快,小城镇产生的污水量越来越不容忽视,国家已经开始重视对小城镇污水的处理。但是我国现有的《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》,在实际的应用中不太适应于小城镇排放污水水质的实际情况。针对小城镇污水的特点及处理现状,进行了小城镇污水处理排放标准的讨论,提出了制定小城镇污水排放标准应遵循的原则。With the rapid development of Chinese urbanization process, the sewage produced by small towns should not be neglected, and China has already begun to pay high attention to the small town sewage treatment. But the existing Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant （GB 18918 -2002） is not suitable for the small town sewage treatment and discharge in practice applications. Aimed at the characteristics and current treatment situation of small town sewage, the small town sewage treatment and discharge standards are discussed, and the principle to be followed in establishment of small town sewage discharge is put forward.
