摘 要:革兰氏阴性菌的细胞壁成分——内毒素是一种炎症因子,会对污水再生利用造成安全风险。利用鲎试剂终点显色法检测城市污水处理厂二级出水的内毒素活性,并考察紫外线消毒对二级出水与大肠杆菌中内毒素活性的影响。结果表明,在二级出水中可检出内毒素,其活性水平处于103 EU/mL的数量级。游离态内毒素活性占总内毒素活性的52%~92%,说明二级出水中的内毒素主要以游离态形式存在。经紫外线消毒后内毒素活性并未发生显著变化,说明采用剂量<150 mJ/cm2的紫外线消毒无法有效去除内毒素。Endotoxins are components in cell walls of Grain-negative bacteria, and are considered as risk factors for wastewater reuse because of their inflammatory capacity. The chromogenic Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) endpoint assay kits were used to analyze the endotoxin activity of secondary effluent from WWTP, and the influence of UV disinfection on endotoxin activity in secondary effluent and E. coli was investigated. The results show that endotoxin activity of about 103 EU/mL can be detected in secondary effluent. Free endotoxin activity is 52% to 92% of total endotoxin activity in secondary effluent, indicating that free endotoxins are main forms of endotoxins in secondary effluent. Furthermore, endotoxin activity in secondary effluent and E. coli does not change significantly after UV disinfection, suggesting that UV disinfection of below 150 mJ/cm^2 can not remove endotoxins effectively.
