台湾医院病患用药教育推行状况及启示

摘　　要：目的:为大陆地区医院更有效地开展患者用药教育提供参考。方法:介绍台湾地区的医院实施病患用药教育的主要举措。结果与结论:与台湾地区相比,目前大陆地区患者在医院领药用药时能获得的指导和有效用药咨询还远远不够,离开医院以后的用药教育、咨询更是非常有限。大陆地区医院应通过培训药师、建立信息平台、发放用药指导资料等途径实施患者用药教育。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the implementation of medication education for patients in main land. METHODS： The main methods of medication education for patients in Taiwan were introduced briefly. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Compared with Taiwan, patients in mainland can not obtain enough guidance and medication consultation when get the drugs in the outpatient pharmacy. After leaving the hospital, patients obtain very limited medication education and consultation. In order to successfully carry out medication education for patients, the hospital should train the pharmacists, establish the drug information plat-form and provide medication guidance information.
