摘  要:目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、Ki-67和细菌L型感染在卵巢肿瘤中的表达及临床相关性。方法应用免疫组化、原位杂交和革兰染色等方法检测了120例卵巢肿瘤中的COX-2、Ki-67蛋白及mRNA的表达,以及细菌L型的检出率。并对97例卵巢乳头状癌和23例卵巢乳头状瘤主要临床资料和病理分级参数进行比较,用χ2检验进行统计学处理。结果 COX-2、Ki-67蛋白及mRNA阳性表达恶性肿瘤明显高于良性肿瘤(P<0.01)。细菌L型检出阳性率与卵巢良、恶性肿瘤差异无统计学意义(P>0.5)。COX-2、Ki-67蛋白及mRNA阳性表达以及细菌L型检出阳性率与卵巢乳头状癌的临床分期、病理分级和腹腔淋巴结有转移有显著相关性(P<0.01)。细菌L型阳性患者中COX-2、Ki-67阳性明显高于L型阴性患者中阳性表达,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 COX-2、Ki-67蛋白及mRNA在卵巢肿瘤中有不同程度的异常表达,与卵巢癌的临床分期、病理分级和浸润、转移呈正相关,L型感染极有可能成为诱发肿瘤因素一,他们可能有协同致瘤作用。研究L型感染与卵巢肿瘤的关系,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To study the expression of cox-2 and ki-67 acceptor and infection of bacteria L-forms in ovarian neoplasm and discuss their clinical correlation. Method Immunohistochemical staining,Hybridization in situ and Gram's stain were used to detect the expression of cox-2 and ki-67 protein and mRNA in 120 cases of ovarian carcinoma and examine the positive rate of bacteria L-forms in these tissues.The major clinical data and parameter of the pathological grades were compared in 97 cases of ovarian papillary carcinoma and 23 cases of ovarian papillary epithelioma. Result The positive rate of expression of the cox-2 and ki-67 protein and mRNA was obviously higher in malignant tumors than that in benign(P〈0.01).The positive rate of examination of infection of bacteria L-forms had no significantly difference in between ovarian benign tumors and malignancy(P〉0.05).The positive rate of expression of the cox-2 and ki-67protein,mRNA and examination rate of infection of bacteria L-forms had significantly difference with regard to the clinical stage,pathological grades,celiac lymph node metastasis and ascites in ovarian papillary carcinoma(P〈0.01).The positive rate of the expression of cox-2 and ki-67 protein and mRNA was apparently higher in patients with infection of bacteria L-forms than that without infection.The two groups had significant difference with each other(P〈0.01). Conclusion cox-2 and ki-67protein and mRNA have certain abnormal expression in ovarian tumors.These expression are in positive correlation with clinical stage,pathological grade,infiltration and metastasis.Infection of bacteria L-forms could be one of the inductive factors of the occurrence of tumors.Mutation and abnormal expression of cox-2 and ki-67 mRNA and infection of bacteria L-forms may have a concurrent action during the course of the occurrence and development of tumors.To investigate the relationship between ovarian carcinoma and infection of bacteria L-forms is important for clinical practice.
