补虚颗粒对血虚小鼠的作用

摘　　要：目的:研究补虚颗粒对血虚小鼠的补虚作用及其可能机制。方法:采用放血法或溶血法建立小鼠血虚症模型,观察补虚颗粒对小鼠外周血象、胸腺和脾脏指数的影响,同时测量小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和小鼠血清白介素-2(IL-2)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,补虚颗粒能够改善"放血"和"溶血"法所致血虚小鼠的外周血象,胸腺和脾脏指数有不同程度增加,能够明显增加血虚小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率及吞噬指数,提高小鼠血清IL-2含量。结论:补虚颗粒对血虚小鼠具有生血、补血的作用,其机制与增强机体免疫功能有关。Objective：To investigate the effect of Buxu granules in a mouse model of Blood-Deficiency.Methods：The model was induced in mice by exsanguinations or by ip cyclophosphamidum and acetyl phenylhydrazine.Then the hemogram,phagocytosis ability of macrohages,level of IL-2,and the indexes of thymus gland and spleen were determined.Results：Compared with the control mice,the hemogram,indexes of thymus gland and spleen were partly improved after treatment with Buxu granules.The phagocytosis ability of macrophages and serum level of IL-2 were increased in Buxu granule group.Conclusion：Buxu granules can promote hematopoiesis,enrich the blood,and enhance immune function in mice with blood-deficiency.
