摘  要:复合绝缘子由于其优异的耐污闪性能越来越广泛地应用到输电线路中,特别是特高压输电线路,目前基本上是采用复合绝缘子。为此首先介绍了复合绝缘子在我国的研制、发展和应用情况,然后针对复合绝缘子在使用中的关键技术问题进行了分析讨论,涉及到的关键技术主要有,断裂和脆断发生的环境及相关原理,人工污秽试验方法中惰性物质、环境温度及迁移时间的选取,伞裙形状中的伞间距及伞伸出对直流污闪电压的影响,红外与紫外技术对复合绝缘子的在线监测等问题。结果表明:惰性物质、环境温度及迁移时间的选取对试验结果影响显著;选取合适的伞间距及伞伸出,可以较大幅度的提高污闪电压;红外及紫外技术在复合绝缘子在线监测方面,效果显著。It is about 20 years for composite insulators application of large scale in electric system in China.Because of its excellent antifilthy spark overability,composite insulators which were the inevitable choice to solve external insulation problem of UHVDC transmission project were used more and more in the transmission lines.The paper firstly introduces the manufacture,development and application of composite insulators in China,then analyzes and discusses the key technical study of the insulator,such as the environment and theory of break and brittle failure happened,test method of artificial pollution that about how to choose inert material,ambient temperature and transfer time,shed parameters of overhang and distance influenced the DC flashover voltage of insulator,infra-red and ultraviolet technique for on-line monitoring etc.The test results showed that inert material,ambient temperature and transfer time have a significant influence on the result;appropriate shed distance and overhang can greatly increased the DC flashover voltage of insulators;infra-red and ultraviolet technique have a remarkable effectiveness on on-line monitoring for composite insulator.
