摘  要:为了进一步提高沿海输电线路复合绝缘子的外绝缘性能,抑制其污秽放电现象和污闪事故的发生,采用了在复合绝缘子不同位置加装不同数量超大伞裙来提高其爬电距离,进而改善其外绝缘性能的方法。考虑到复合绝缘子的污闪特性不仅与其本身的爬电距离直接相关,而且与其伞裙结构密切相关,以2种常用的220kV复合绝缘子为研究对象,通过人工污秽试验获得了其多种加装超大伞裙结构的污闪特性,分析了污闪特性的变化规律,给出了其各自最优的加装超大伞裙结构。试验结果证实了复合绝缘子加装超大伞裙的方法能够进一步改善其污闪特性,同时也为沿海现场的实际应用提供了重要参考。In order to improve the outdoor insulation performance of composite insulator used in coastal areas and to inhibit its pollution discharge phenomenon,a novel method that different number of extra large sheds were installed in different locations of composite insulator to raise its creepage distance and to improve its pollution flashover characteristics was specially proposed.As the flashover characteristic of composite insulator is not only directly related to its creepage distance,but also closely related to its shape and structure,it is necessary to obtain the flashover characteristics of composite insulators installed different extra large sheds by the artificial pollution test and then to obtain the optimal structures installing the extra large sheds on composite insulator.Thereby,two commonly used 220 kV composite insulators were taken as the research objects,many new composite insulators installed extra large sheds were produced.The optimal structures installing extra large sheds on these insulators were gained by the artificial pollution test.The test results show that it is effective method to improve the pollution flashover characteristics of composite insulator by installing extra large sheds and also to provide an important basis for the application in the coastal field.
