摘 要:针对目前大部分门禁系统网络规模小,无法实现真正意义上的实时监控和数据共享以及传输距离短等问题,提出一种以太网与CAN总线互联的门禁系统新方案。该方案以广泛应用的C/S通信模式为基础,将底层CAN网络通过网关连入以太网;网关以STC89C58RD+微处理器为网关核心,通过ENC464J600以太网接口芯片和SJA1000 CAN控制芯片实现以太网与CAN总线的互联;详细阐叙了以太网/CAN总线互联接口的硬件和软件设计;通过在门禁系统中的实际应用,验证了该方案设计合理,运行稳定,可靠性高的优点,为大规模门禁系统提供了一种可行的方法。Most access control systems use small scale network and only can be used in small region. They can not truly realize the real- time monitoring, data sharing and the long transmission distance. In order to solve these problems, a scheme based on CAN-bus and Ethernet interface is proposed in new access control system. Based on the widely used C/S communication mode, this scheme links the CAN network to the Ethernet through the gateway. By using the STC89C58RD+ as the core, the gateway links the CAN--bus to the Ethernet interface through the Ethernet chip ENCJ600 and the CAN-- bus control chip SJA1000. The hardware and software designs of the Ethernet/CAN interface are classified in detail in this paper. The practical application in the access control system verifies the design has reasonable, stable operation and high reliability advantages and it provides a viable method to the large--scale access control system.
