摘  要:为了对飞机燃油系统故障诊断问题进行研究,满足飞机燃油系统的可靠性要求,利用VC设计了飞机燃油系统故障诊断软件,接收从故障模拟机发送来的信号,对飞机燃油系统进行故障诊断,并将诊断的结果发送给下显计算机进行显示,提高了飞机燃油系统工作的可靠性;采用CSerialPort类实现燃油管理机与故障模拟机、下显计算机之间的串口通信,并且介绍了如何将CLIPS嵌入VC的方法,实现故障诊断专家系统;最后进行联调的结果证明了该设计的有效性。To research the issues of fault diagnosis of an aircraft fuel system and meet the requirements of the reliability of aircraft fuel system, VC is used to design the fault diagnosis software for an aircraft fuel system. The software processes the signals sent from the fault simulator, and diagnoses the fault of the aircraft fuel system and sends the diagnostic results down to display computer. As a result, the re- liability of the system was enhanced. The methods on how to use the CSerialPort Class to carry out the communication between serial ports, and how to embed CLIPS within VC to realize fault diagnostic expert system are also introduced in this paper. Finally, the validity of the software was proved by the result of the testing.
