自体外周血干细胞与骨基质明胶复合移植治疗骨缺损

摘　　要：目的观察自体外周血干细胞(autologous peripheral blood stem cells,APBSC)/表面脱钙骨基质明胶(bone matrix gelatin,BMG)共移植修复节段性骨缺损的疗效。方法 36例患者随机分为APBSC/BMG组(A组)及BMG组(B组)各18例,均行手术治疗,并行牢固内外固定。结果术后平均愈合时间A组为5个月,B组为8个月,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间患者未见明显不良反应。结论 APBSC/BMG复合移植较单纯BMG移植治疗骨缺损疗效好,无不良反应。Objective To observe the curative effect of autologous peripheral blood stem cells（APBSC） and bone matrix gelatin（BMG） cograft on bone defection.Methods 36 patients were randomly divided into two groups：APBSC/BMG（group A） and BMG（group B）,each group included 18 patients.All patients in two groups were treated by operation and inside and outside fixation.Results After treatment,the average cicatrization time of group A was 5 months,group B was 8 months,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions found during the treatment period.Conclusion Compared with the BMP group,treating bone defection by APBSC/BMP cograft has obvious superiority with better curative effect and no adverse reactions.
