摘　　要：CCD驱动系统作为航空数码相机的关键组件,直接关系到航空数码相机成像的质量。介绍了利用CCD专用外围芯片组来完成CCD外围电路的设计,并详细讨论了利用该芯片组设计大面阵CCD图像传感器外围电路时要注意的一些问题。从图像的质量和图像中出现的问题出发,来指导CCD驱动电路系统的设计,指出驱动电路设计和图像质量的相互影响关系,为高质量航空数码相机的研制提供一些借鉴。The CCD driving system as the key components of aviation digital camera is directly related to its imaging quality.The utility of CCD-specific peripheral chipsets to complete the design of CCD peripheral circuit is presented,and some concerned problems are discussed in detail while designing the peripheral circuit of big area array CCD image sensor.The image quality and imaging problems are aimed at guiding the design of CCD driving circuit system,the interaction between driving circuit design and image quality is pointed out,and some reference for development of high-quality aviation digital camera are provided.
