文化多样性对大学生思想政治教育的挑战与回应

摘　　要：当前我国文化多样性表现为多种异质文化的冲突、碰撞、共生、交融与争锋。文化多样性在开阔大学生视野,催生新思想新观念的同时,也削弱了主流意识形态的文化权威,干扰了大学生思想政治教育的主旋律,弱化了主流文化的吸引力,削弱了思想政治教育主体的话语权。为此,思想政治教育应确立问题意识、阵地意识、主动意识和忧患意识来应对文化多样性带来的挑战,提升思想政治教育理论回应现实的力度。The current cultural diversity of China has performed the conflict,collision,paragenesis,blending and fighting with each other of many kinds of heterogeneous cultures.Although culture diversity has broadened the students＇ view and pressed new thoughts,it has also weakened cultural authority of main-stream ideology,disturbed the theme of under-graduate students＇ ideological and political education,weakened the attraction of main-stream culture and the words power of ideological and political education in universities.Therefore,we should establish the problem consciousness,position consciousness,the initiative consciousness and the sense of hardship in the ideological and political education to deal with the challenge of cultural diversity and to promote the strength of ideological and political education theory to dealing with the reality.
