摘　　要：中国特色的文件中心,不是我国已经建立的文件中心,不是现行文件服务中心,不是联合档案室,而是档案中心。中国特色的文件中心应当具备两个条件,一是它必须带有"档案"二字,二是它必须由档案局管理。这两个条件缺一不可。The Chinese characterized records centre is neither the one that has been set up n our country, the current document service centre, nor the united archives room, but the archives centre. The Chinese characterized records centre should satisfy the following two requirements： one is that it must have the words archives , the other is that it must be under the charge of the archives administration. These two conditions are both indispensable.
