摘　　要：本文在阐述了地方文献的概念、特征与价值之后,结合萍乡市图书馆的工作实践,对中小型图书馆地方文献的收集与开发利用提出了几点思路,以求同行指教。After explaining the concept,feature and value of local document,the paper brings forward some thoughts on the collection and application of local literature in medium and small-sized libraries combining with the working experience in Pingxiang Library.
