摘  要:本研究对具有代表性的向日葵CMS品系和自交系进行了遗传学及分子生物学研究.通过分子杂交分析了来自21种CMS品系的5种具代表性的不同细胞质基因类型,发现在atpA基因位点有4种分子杂交类型;根据不同的CMS类型对20种自交系的恢保关系进行了分析;并对11种自交系的恢复基因类型进行了研究,其中6个系含有Rfl基因,5个系不含有Rfl基因.Typical CMS and inbreed lines were investigated by genetic and molecular methods. 21CMS lines were analyzed and classified into 5 types according to their cytoplasmic genes. After Southern analysis 4 kinds of patterns were discovered at atpA locus. Based on their CMS types, the relationship between restoration and maintenance in 20 inbreed lines were analyzed. Furthermore, the types of restoration genes in 11 inbreed lines were also determined. The results indicated that 6 lines contain Rf1 gene, and other 5 lines do not contain.
