摘 要:在对山东省玉米生产上应用的12个优良自交系进行RAPD分析的基础上,比较了这些自交系间遗传上相似的程度.研究发现,山东玉米亲本自交系间相似系数高达0.66~0.97,说明它们遗传上关系较近,应当拓宽种质基础,丰富自交系DNA水平上的多样性.以RAPD标记进行的聚类分析,将山东玉米优良自交系分为三大类群:第一大类群是由黄早4及其衍生系组成,包括三个亚群;第二大类群包括478和488两个姊妹系;第三大类群则由107和Mo17等构成.从育种实践上对山东省玉米生产上的强优势杂交种的亲本组合的分析,有力地证明这种以RAPD标记进行的在DNA水平上的亲缘分群方法比单纯以系谱分群更合理、更可靠.The genetic similarity was evaluated for twelve elite maize inbred lines based on their RAPD markers. The results showed that the genetic similarities ranged from 66% to 97%. This undoubtedly illustrates that they are genetically very close, and lack genetic diversity at DNA level. Thus, new gerplasm must be tapped for improvement of inbreds in maize breeding in Shandong. Using Nei's genetic similarity values and UPGMA programme, the dendrogram was constructed for them. The inbreds could be divided into three clusters: Cluster Ⅰ centering on Huangzao 4 and its derivatives, Cluster Ⅱ including 478 and 488 two sister lines, and Cluster Ⅲ largely consisting of 107 and Mol7. Further analysis of hybrid Parents of strong heterosis currently used in maize production demonstrated that clustering of inbred lines by RAPD markers was more rational and reliable than clustering by pedigree data. The clustering result could be useful in predicting new combinations of hybrids in maize breeding.
