摘　　要：本文研究带启动时间的二次可选服务的多重休假M/G/1排队模型.应用嵌入马尔可夫链以及广义服务时间的方法,给出了稳态队长的母函数、等待时间的LST及其随机分解结果,同时也给出模型的两个特例.最后通过数值例子说明该模型可以较好地模拟一些实际问题.In this paper,a continuous time queueing model with multiple vacation and set-up time with second optional service is considered.Using imbedded Markov chain and the broad sense service time method,the generating function of the steady state queue length,the LST of waiting time and their stochastic decompositions are derived.Meanwhile,two particular cases of the model are obtained.Finally,using some numerical examples,we verify that this model can simulate some practical problems reasonably well.
