摘 要:以赤霉菌毒素对不同小麦品种的胚根、胚芽的生长抑制率和胚根细胞膜的损伤度为指标,研究了小麦品种抗赤霉病与抗赤霉菌毒素能力之间的关系。结果表明,抗病品种抗( 耐) 毒素能力强,感病品种抗( 耐) 毒素能力弱,中抗、中感品种的抗(耐) 毒素能力居中,表现出小麦品种的抗病性和抗( 耐) 毒素能力之间呈明显的正相关性。这一结果在小麦品种的抗赤霉病性鉴定方面具有良好的应用前景。The relationship between the resistance of wheat varieties to scab and the resistance of wheat varieties to Fusarium toxin was studied in this paper. Embryonic root and bud growth inhibition rate, embryonic root cellulose wounded degree were regarded as physiologic index. Results showed the resistance to toxin of resistant varieties was strong. The resistance to toxin of susceptible varieties was weak. The resistance to toxin of moderately susceptible varieties was middle. It showed that resistance to wheat scab of varieties was positively correlated with resistance to toxin.\;
