摘 要:线路保护通常采用跳闸位置继电器TWJ接点返回作为重合后加速保护开放的判据。通过对一起纵联后加速保护误动事故的分析,指出早期TWJ回路设计的不足:其接点返回时刻与断路器合闸时刻存在较大差异,导致线路保护提前投入重合后加速逻辑;同时,其保护装置软件存在缺陷,距离加速元件在非全相运行期间会满足动作条件。这些因素可能造成后加速保护在断路器重合于无故障时发生三相跳闸。从二次回路与保护装置相互配合的角度出发,从现场接线和保护软件2个方面提出了改进措施。In conventional line protection the return signal of contact in tripping position relay TWJ is usually employed as a criterion of post-acceleration protection startup after analyzing a mal-operation case of pilot post-acceleration protection,it is clear that the design of early TWJ circuit is unreasonable.It shows that the returning of TWJ contact is usually earlier than the tripping of circuit breaker,which frequently leads to the false input of acceleration protection.Meanwhile,there is defect in protection device software and the distance acceleration component may frequently fulfill the operation condition during open-phase operation mode.Factors mentioned above may cause acceleration protection mal-operation.Improvements on field wiring and protection software resulted from the mutual coordination between the secondary circuit and protection device are put forward.
