摘  要:管道压浆质量是影响后张法桥梁结构耐久性的重要因素之一。传统施工方法是在管道中灌注水泥浆体来保护预应力钢筋不锈蚀,当发生水泥浆体不合格或灌注不密实等原因时,预应力钢筋容易产生锈蚀现象,影响结构耐久性。通过比选原材料,优化配合比,进行工作性能、力学性能、膨胀性能、钢筋锈蚀性能等试验,成功研制出TK-G管道压浆剂产品,替代了传统施工方法采用的灌注水泥净浆。试验表明,研制的产品具有充盈度好、不分层、不泌水、微膨胀、不锈蚀钢筋、强度高等特点,使用研制的压浆剂可以提高管道压浆的质量,保证桥梁的正常使用寿命。目前,该产品已获得国家发明专利并在十多条高速铁路上施工应用,取得良好的社会和经济效果。Grouting quality of post-tensioned bridge pipeline is an important factor affecting bridge durability.To protect the prestressed rein- forced bars from rusting, traditional construction methods is to pour cement paste into the pipeline.But the cement paste can not be full of the pipeline, and the prestressed bars are prone to corrosion, which will affect structural durability.By selection of raw materials and optimized ratio for performance such as mechanical properties, swelling properties, steel corrosion performance, the production of TK-G pipeline grouting agent is developed instead of cement paste using traditional construction methods.Tests results show that the developed products have performances with good filling and workability, slight expansion, protecting steel from rusting and high strength characteristics.The use of developed grouting agents can improve the quality of grouting pipes to ensure the normal life of the bridge.At present,the product has obtained national invention patents and been applied in more than a dozen high-speed railway construction.The study achieves remarkable social and economic benefits.
