摘　　要：对目前债券市场中各债券品种的性质、特点进行了详细的阐释,并从发行量、市场存量、市场占有率的角度对债券市场发展沿革进行分析,结合不同市场债券发行和交易的现状,对我国债券市场发展路径进行总结和评述,并对未来发展方向进行探讨。China's bond market has developed more than 20 years. Many new varieties of bond have been introduced with the increasing number of participators and market functions.This paper illustrates the characteristics of different bonds and analyzes the development of bond market from the perspective of circulation,reserve,and market share of the bond market.Then,it makes an overview of the current bond market.Finally it predicts the development path and the development trend of the bond market.
