摘 要:基于江苏近海二维潮汐潮流预报数值模型,以2008年为基准水平年(现状),对江苏沿海滩涂围垦规划(2010—2020年)的3个阶段进行了数值模拟.从该海域主要分潮潮波分布、潮汐通道流速和单宽纳潮通量变化3个方面探讨了大规模滩涂围垦工程对江苏近海潮汐潮流的影响.数值模拟结果显示:3个阶段围垦工程实施后,M2分潮无潮点位置向东北方向略有平移,沿岸潮波传播速度加快,潮波辐聚有所增强;第1和第2阶段围垦工程实施后,西洋通道涨落潮单宽纳潮通量增幅超过10%,涨落急流速增幅20%左右,其他通道涨落潮单宽纳潮通量变化5%左右,涨落急流速变化不大;第3阶段围垦工程实施后,西洋通道涨落潮单宽纳潮通量和涨落急流速增幅均超过20%,小庙洪通道落潮单宽纳潮通量减幅超过20%,流速减幅10%左右.A two-dimensional mathematical model for tides and tidal currents in offshore areas of Jiangsu Province was employed to simulate the three stages of reclamation plan from 2010 to 2020 by regarding the year of 2008 as the datum year(initial state).The effect of large-scale reclamation projects of tidal flats on the tides and tidal currents in offshore areas of Jiangsu Province were discussed from three aspects of the main tidal constituents,tidal current velocity and tidal capacity.The results of numerical simulations show that after three stages' large-scale reclamation of tidal flats,the location of tide-free point of M2 tidal constituents has a translation from the present place towards the northeast direction,the propagation velocity of tidal waves is accelerated and the tidal range is enlarged.After the completion of the first and second stages' reclamation,the unit tidal volumes of the flood and ebb tides in Xiyang tidal inlet increase by over 10% and the maximum velocity of the flood and ebb tides increases by about 20%.The unit tidal volumes of the flood and ebb tides in other tidal inlets increase by about 5%,and the maximum velocity of the flood and ebb tides in other tidal inlets basically do not change.After the completion of the third stage's reclamation,the unit tidal volumes of the flood and ebb tides in Xiyang tidal inlet increase by over 20%,and those in Xiaomiaohong tidal inlet decrease by over 20%.The maximum velocity of the former increases by about 20%,and that of the latter decreases by about 10%.
