钢包透气砖填缝用刚玉捣打料生产与应用

摘　　要：以白刚玉、棕刚玉为主要原料,加入适量的结合剂、促烧剂和外加剂等制成一种适用于钢包透气砖填缝用的刚玉捣打料。在本钢炼钢厂180 t钢包上使用结果表明:采用刚玉捣打料消除了包底砖热膨胀对透气砖产生的剪切应力影响。透气砖吹通率和使用寿命均有大幅提高。A corundum ramming is manufactured by white corundum and brown corundum as staring materials and adding a proper amount of binders,sintering agents and additives for ladle purging brick fillers.The corundum ramming eliminates shear stress by thermal expansion of ladle bottom bricks acting on purging brick,affects directly the blow-off rate and service life of purging brick on 180 t ladle of steel work in Benxi Iron and Steel Company.
