摘　　要：目的探讨吻合器选择性切闭硬注术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效及安全性评价。方法将298例患者采用随机多中心方法分为试验组(吻合器选择性切闭硬注术治疗,149例)和对照组(外剥内扎硬注术治疗,149例)对比研究。结果一次手术后试验组和对照组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义。但术后出血量方面,试验组明显优于对照组。结论吻合器选择性切闭加硬注术治疗环状混合痔临床安全有效。Objective To explore the clinical effects of the PPH plus selective cutting closing and sclerotherapy in treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,and security evaluation.Methods 298 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids divided into observation group and controlled group through randomized multicenter trial methods,149 cases in observation group received the selective cutting closing and selerotherapy with the coincidental apparatus,149 cases in controlled group received the external dissection and internal ligation procedure.Results There was no significance difference of the clinic effect between the two groups after the first surgery.However,the amount of bleeding after surgery,that of the experimental group was much less than that of the control group.Conclusion The improved PPH plus selective cutting closing and sclerotherapy in treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is effective and safe.
