剖宫产围手术期预防用药的药学干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解剖宫产围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物规范化方案的临床效果及其所带来药物经济学方面的意义。方法对我院剖宫产患者预防性抗菌药物的选用品种、用药疗程、用药疗效、住院费用进行回顾性调查研究,用SPSS13.0统计软件对其进行统计分析。结果用药方案改进后,显著缩短了抗菌药的使用疗程,平均疗程从65 h(非干预)降至45 h(干预组),P值为0(<0.05);降低了西药费用,平均西药费从1 304元(非干预组)降至1 018元(干预组),P值为0.000(<0.05);降低了抗菌药物费用,平均抗菌药物费用从423元(非干预组)降至320元(干预组),P值为0.000(<0.05)。结论本院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物的使用在用药方案改进后,用药疗程大大缩短,西药和抗菌药物费用的支出得到减少。药学干预围手术期预防应用抗菌药物对预防剖宫产术后感染具有明显作用,且经济、社会效益好。Objective To evaluate the clinical and pharmacoeconomical effect of prophylactic standard application of antibiotics in peri-operative stage of cesarean. Methods The prophylactic application of antibiotics in the hospital was retrospectively studied on the aspects of their kinds, duration of application, effect, and cost. All the data was analyzed by Spss 13.0. Results After improvement of therapeutic schemes, duration of application was significantly shortened, which decrease from 65 h （non-intervention group） to 45 h （intervention group） （P = 0 〈 0.05）. The cost of medicine decreased from 1304 yuan （non-intervention group） to 1 018 yuan （intervention group） （P =0. 000 〈0.05）. And the cost of antibiotics decreased from 423 yuan （non-intervention group） to 320 yuan （intervention group） （P = 0. 000 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion After the improvement of therapeutic schemes, the duration and the cost of medicines and antibiotics are decreased in peri-operative stage of cesarean in the hospital. The prophylactic pharmaceutical intervention has positive effect in prevention of infection in peri-operative stage of cesarean, and had good economic and social benefit.
