摘　　要：社会公平是社会发展追求的目标,也是构建和谐社会的保证。本文认为社会公平是一个历史的概念,当前物质基础、社会现状和观念等方面的变化已经具备了注重社会公平的条件,需要从制度、经济、观念等方面为社会公平的实现提供切实保障,以构建和谐社会。Social fairness is the pursuit of social development goals,and the indemnification of building a harmonious society.This view of social fairness is a historical concept.The changes of current material base and social status have already had conditions of focusing on social fairness,which requests that people provide the effective protection for the realization of social fairness to build a harmonious society from the system,economy,concept and so on.
